Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the translation and content production services provided by Alenzo Translations B.V., registered at Churchill-laan 206 - 1078EV Amsterdam, Netherlands ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services
Alenzo Translations B.V. provides a range of AI-powered translation and content services, designed to meet the needs of diverse clients, including but not limited to:

  • AI Machine Translation: Our primary service provides rapid and automated machine translations, ideal for straightforward content. These translations are generated using advanced AI technology, which can handle a wide variety of document types and languages.

  • Native-Checked AI Translations: For clients seeking enhanced accuracy and cultural alignment, we offer a native-check option. In this service, a native speaker reviews the AI-generated translation, correcting it where necessary to ensure naturalness, clarity, and local relevance.

  • Content Creation: Our AI technology extends to content production, creating articles, reports, blogs, and other written materials based on client specifications.

  • Custom Requests: We accommodate specialized requests, such as formatting adjustments, dialect-specific adaptations, and other custom content solutions, upon consultation.

Service Levels and Quality Assurance
We offer two service levels:

  1. AI Machine Translation: Quick and cost-effective translations, ideal for basic documents.

  2. Native-Checked AI Translation: Suitable for documents that require an extra level of accuracy and cultural nuance, especially where intended audiences or formal requirements are concerned. Native linguists review the AI-generated content, providing additional quality assurance.

Service Order Process
For both the AI-powered Translation and Native-Checked Translation, clients can place orders through our website by uploading documents and completing payment through our online payment system. Upon successful payment, translations will be processed and delivered as per the selected service level.

For custom requests or unique specifications, clients are encouraged to contact us at hello@alenzocollective.com to discuss the details. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not provide adequate information or fall outside our service scope.

Pricing

  • AI Machine Translation: Pricing is displayed on our website and is typically based on word count or page count of the document. Additional fees may apply for specific requirements or rush processing.

  • Native-Checked AI Translation: This service includes the cost of machine translation along with an additional fee for native review and correction. Prices are based on the complexity and length of the document, with the applicable rate available at the time of order placement.

All prices are confirmed and documented at the time of order.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon order placement through our online payment system. We accept payments via Mollie, which supports iDEAL, PayPal, and other payment options. Translation services will only be delivered after successful payment.

For clients requiring frequent services, we offer options for periodic invoicing and flexible payment arrangements upon request.

Cancellation and Refund

  • For AI-powered Translation services, due to the immediate nature of the service, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after payment is processed.

  • For Native-Checked Translation, if a service order is canceled by the client, we reserve the right to bill for work completed, with specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Client Obligations
Clients are required to provide all necessary documents, reference materials, and specifications (e.g., target audience, tone, dialect preferences) to complete the service. Incomplete or delayed information may lead to additional charges or processing delays.

Intellectual Property
For both AI Machine Translation and Native-Checked AI Translation, all intellectual property rights in the translated content are owned by Alenzo Translations B.V. until payment is received in full. After payment, ownership of the final translated content transfers to the client.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any discrepancies in the translation’s accuracy or quality is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

For AI-powered Translation, clients acknowledge that machine translation is automated and may not capture the nuance of a native speaker. Alenzo Translations B.V. is not liable for any errors or omissions in the machine-generated content, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the translation service.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing within seven days of delivery, with the original and disputed documents. We commit to reviewing and addressing valid complaints in a timely manner.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law. The courts of Amsterdam hold exclusive jurisdiction.

General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alenzo Translations B.V. regarding your use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in service offerings, legal requirements, or business operations. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
